Aims International Management Search is an international network of personnel consultancies which have a wealth of experience in the search and selection of employees and extensive understanding of their own country’s employment market. All AIMS members are medium-sized companies which are economically independent. They are respected leaders in their own countries and have an international focus in their businesses. Among the many stringent preconditions for being a partner in AIMS is the requirement for the highest standards of professionalism. AIMS partners are committed to uniform, world-wide qualitative standards for the conduct of search and selection as well as for client service and reporting.
AIMS was founded in1992 by Alain Nervet ( France ), Kurt Schindler ( Switzerland ) and Gerd-Peter Rohde ( Germany ). The number of partner offices throughout the world has grown rapidly since then, and today AIMS is at the peak of international personnel consultancy with members in all parts of the world. Aims is lead by a management team of five – selected by the members – headed by a paid president.
As we enter the millennium, AIMS International Management Search is represented by 80 offices in more than 40 countries (region) in all five continents. With 250 consultants, AIMS attained a turnover of US $220 million in 2000 and is among the top three consultancy networks in the world. AIMS is growing by about 20% per annum and has ambitious plans for the coming years.
